Organized in 1961, SCDL membership was originally composed of dental laboratories in nine Southeastern states. In 2001, the SCDL expanded membership to include all laboratories regardless of geographic location.
Our main purpose is to connect dental laboratory owners and managers with other leaders in the industry as it relates the practice of dental laboratory technology. We believe that education and collaborating with one another is the key to success. This is an exciting time for our organization. Through our new meeting format, we will feature a day and a half business management meeting for dental laboratory owners and managers. The meeting will deliver an interactive format focusing on real life case study scenarios facing today’s dental laboratory owner. The new format will not provide technical CE nor a tradeshow, however, vendor sponsors will be invited to participate and support the meeting for intimate networking opportunities.
